SOME FIRST AID IF THE STREAM IS NOT WORKING
-Refresh your browser/the page.
-Press the play button in the video window.
-Try a different browser…Chrome or Edge are great browsers for watching streamed video.
-Use a different device. If you experiencing problems using an iPad, do you have a laptop you can try?
-Try a different network connection. If you’re watching using Wi-Fi is there an option to plug in a hardwired connection.
-If you have a marginal internet connection, you may experience stutters or interruption to the stream. If this occurs you can select a lower bitrate for the video at the bottom right-hand corner of the video window.
-If you can’t hear sound: remember to un-mute your audio! If you’re still not hearing anything check that your audio output device is set to the correct output (speakers/headphones etc.)
